For many years, our team has experience in trade fairs and events.
We’re happy to take over the logistic side of your exhibition participation. We arrange the complete transport from your doorstep until the delivery to your booth at the exhibition, anywhere in the world.
Our service includes the coordination of transport by truck, boat or airplane, customs handling at the country of departure as well as the destination country, the loading and unloading on site and storage of empty packing materials.
On-site support:
Stand delivery, freight coordination and collection of empty packing material will be arranged by Impeco or our local partner. For every destination we have a local contact person that will assist you where needed.
Time schedule:
To ensure a timely delivery, we suggest the bolow loading dates:
Shipment by seafreight, ready for collection in NL on: Sept 17th
Shipment by airfreight, ready for collection in NL on: Oct 22rd
** For exhibitors outside of Europe we can recommend a local logistic partner.
Packing:
Wooden packing must bear the ISPM or IPPC logo. ‘Wood’ means untreated wood or raw wood. Triplex, MDF or particleboard is not considered wood.
In some countries shipments are moved or stored in open air. We advise you to use strong, weatherproof, and reusable crates. Your shipment is not automatically insured against damage. Upon request, we can arrange insurance with an insurance company.
Documentation:
For customs clearance, we need a freight invoice. This should mention item description, quantity and value per item. We are happy to assist you with all documentation needed. In our below download section you can find prepared documents that you may fill in yourself and email to fairs@impeco.nl
